Come instantly dissolve your stress while enjoying the safe & sovereign community we all need. We will enjoy breathwork, guided meditation & energy healing in the main room and then bask in an amazing sound bath while enjoying my light codes during floatation therapy in the pool.

About the event
During these Breath, Sound & Energy Healing sessions we will instantly dissolve your stress with this wonderfully transformative healing session between 6-8pm. (Please give an extra 30 minute buffer for wonderful conversation & grounding with refreshments afterwards if you wish to stay and enjoy the extra time. Sometimes we all just need a sacred space with like-minded individuals to connect and let go of stress.)
We will enjoy connecting with our safe & soverign community and experience breathwork, guided meditation & energy healing in the main room before we bask in an amazing sound bath and enjoy my light codes being projected onto the ceiling that I have created especially for these healing sessions in the pool room while you enjoy some floatation therapy in the pool.
